Spring 2017 CSA Season
The Spring Season offers a wonderful variety of fresh, vitamin and mineral rich healthy foods through our Sinclair Farm Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. Our variety of Spring foods are enhanced with growing in our 18,000 square feet of heated greenhouses on a year-round basis, our non-heated season - extender greenhouse, along with our fields and gardens.
You Do Not have to be a CSA member to shop via our online "A La Carte" store which opens each Sunday and closes Tuesday morning.
Experiment, broaden your palate's horizon, and improve your immunity system with our fresh, unadulterated products that have a wholesome taste even toddlers enjoy!
Our Spring harvest items we are planning to be available for your Share and additional purchase include: Asparagus, Strawberries, Garlic Scapes, Fresh Local Mushrooms, Herbs, Japanese Sweet White Turnips, Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas, French Breakfast Radishes, Garlic, Swiss Chard, Kale, Bibb Lettuce, Red Leaf Lettuce, Green Leaf Lettuce, Romaine Lettuce, Spinach, Micro Greens, Wheat Grass, Basil, Dill, Parsley, Cilantro, our special Asian Mix Greens, Carrots, Water Cress, Arugula, maybe summer Squash, Sweet Potatoes, Collards, Spring Onions, Beets, Armenian Cucumbers, Pickling Cucumbers,English Cucumbers, Cherry Tomatoes, Beefsteak Tomatoes, Heirloom Tomatoes, Broccoli Raab, and Cauliflower. Also available our Pastured Eggs from our hens who are fed an Omega-3 enriched vegetable diet with Organic Sea Kelp and Flax Seed, Local Pastured Beef, Lamb, Pork, Virginia Pasta, Virginia Pancake/Waffle Meal, Virginia Maple Syrup, Raw Honey, to name a few of the delicious wholesome foods we will work very hard to bring your way.
We also work closely with our partner farmers to include additional vegetables, dairy products, and meat.
